Can I change charging system from 9A to 35A on v4?

Is it possible to upgrade the charging system? What needs to be replaced? I plan on installing an elec. trolling motor that needs a triple bank of 12v batteries and would like to keep the batteries up with the outboard. Motor is 1989 Johnson 120. J120TXCEM. Thanks, John
 
i doubt if you could get either the stator or the regulator to support it...if you could it would be cost prohibitive..
