bleed hoses-- 1988' HP mercury outboard

hi new here, i just wanted 2 make sure I'm right about this hose, is the bottom hose on the power head at the bearing fitting, does it go to the top bearing ? i have a manual, but some pages are missing. Thank You for your help. :confused: 200hp

Usually. The idea is for the top cylinder--that resists fouling--to help suck excess oil from the bottom one.
