trim button on throttle handle only trims down

have a 1997 tracker with 75 hp merc.power trim buttons fore and aft work fine but button on gearshift only trims down ,not up. How do I get it apart?,no visable screws
 
Remove the thin coverplate from the handle. Either the blue wire came off or the toggle switch quit.
