1976 35 hp evinrude. Engine will run rough above idle and foul upper plug. Idles well.Compression 125 both cyl.
Points, condensors, hv coils new.
Plugs new.
Carb clean, fuel fresh. Pump good.
Spark jump 3/8" on tester.
All gaskets good.
Anyone want to take a guess at the diagnosis.
