FRUSTRATED ... Can't Find Year Of My DT 9.9

I've tried to determine the year of my DT 9.9 but to no avail. Most responses that I've seen point to the following link. However, my ID plate doesn't have any letters, just numbers:

Is the model (letters) stamped somewhere else?
