Trim guage wiring

Hi, anyone know how to wire up a DT115 trim guage? It has two sets of wires, one set has yellow, black and blue wires and the other set has black, pink, grey and orange wires. The sensor has black, pink, orange and green wires. No green on guage! The one set on the guage, with three wires does the following: 12V on black and blue turns the backlight on, 12V on yellow and black makes the needle move. So yellow must be the input. The colours on the guage and sensor don't quite tie up and I expected the yellow to go somewhere since this one moves the needle. Anyone know? Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

How did you get on with the wiring? I have access to a wiring diagram.
