I have 9.9 96 evinrude that i have to spray with starter fluid every time i crank it' Dont matter if warm or not it still needs a shot every time???Two stroke ''manual start'' some one said it might need good carb rebuild

You have to give all the information you can.--------------Is this 4 stroke or 2 stroke ????--------Electric start or manual start ???----------Post your starting procedure as well.
