Engine idle

I rebiult carbs to fix stalling issue and now have a high idle issue.(1200rpms). Engine is 89 40 hp rude.#40tlcec. Is there an idle adjustment on these carbs

that I am missing? The low and high speed orfices are fixed but the intermediate is a needle valve. And can somebody tell me how
many turns out from seat this needle valve should be at?(Starting point). Thanks
 
You may have to adjust the idle stop on the arm and the little black wheel on the throttle cable.----If both throttle plates are closed then the idle is slowed down as the timer base rotates and retards the timing.---------Do not adjust anything but the idle stop screw on the arm and the black plastic wheel for the throttle cable.
