New to me 73 9.5 missing parts.

I picked up a parts motor today with a spare lower unit and a couple of props. When I got home and started looking the motor over, it looked pretty much intact except for one thing. It looks to be missing the plastic piece that provides friction against the throtlle adjustment. It sits on the cylinder head and has a large nut used as a stop for the idle. My 65 MQ-11 has one but I cannot see it listed on any of the parts places. Was this deleted when they moved the low speed adjustment to the elbow on the tiller arm?

Any help in locating one would be appriciated.

I had checked out the schematics, you can see on the cylinder head where it goes, but they don't show the part or a part number. If you look at the cylinder head diagram, it goes directly in front of part #10.

That friction adjustment was not used on the later models !------Idle " stop " was on the handle on 66 till 73 models.
