fastwin 20 what is model no ? for manual

hi i have one fastwin20 i cant find the model no whare is it ? is one label with s/n : 20202r b33354 can we find with this?
i search but i cant find
 
To me it would appear to be a 1972 model----------20202R is the model # and it makes it a 72 model year.------Where was the motor built?-----------A picture here would make it easy to identify.
