Have a 2 year old outboard. worked fine but lately, if you are under 1000 rpm, water does not pee out of top outlet....at 1000 plus water does come out but then it seems to lose its pump and stops and then the engine hot light comes on. Tried hooking up garden hose to flush out and no water coming out from top. An suggestions
