2005 Yamaha F150 4 stroke hit log at slowest speed engine stalled immediately

Running with vibration and power loss after switching out prop with spare, no visible damage to prop, could timing be off maybe shearing flywheel key?? Rpm down by 1000, mph down by 10mph. Thanks, John
 
while looking at the prop shaft, turn it by hand and watch the end of the prop shaft. It should turn in a uniform circle, if it wabbles you may have bent prop shaft.

if your losing rpm etc. yes check the flywheel by pulling it off to ensure you didn't break the key. if you sheared the key the drive shaft probably spun inside the flywheel messing up the timing.
