Sealant Question

Hi all. I'm new here and hoping someone can help.
On my aluminum boat there is a sealant that was used at the riveted seams before riviting. It squeezed out the joints and has a nice bead across the seams. It's not a silicon based sealant and not rubbery. Its aliminum colored and dries somewhat hard

Does anyone know where I might find it? Some of it's damaged and I'd like to make repairs.

Thank you

likely to be a polyurethane based product. designed for underwater marine use. color is almost useless as a positive indicator; texture is marginally better. check with your local marine store...some hardware stores may have it as well - depends upon local demand.

I've seen stuff like that used on gutters, not sure if its the same product but its silvery in color and dries rigid.
