Sometimes I have a spark and sometimes I don't.I don't seem to be getting any power out of the blue wire coming from the cdi to the coil while turning over the motor.Is their a way to check if the cdi box is junk.Also,with the key only turned to the on position(not turning the motor over) a very high pitched sound is coming from the cdi box.I popped the flywheel off and even though it was not dirty or rusty,I sanded the stator and inside of the flywheel.Still no spark.I do have power going to the cdi box,just nothing coming out.Can anybody help?
