Hello,I'm attempting to get this second hand outboard ready for the water. I bought it last year and used it once.Watercooling stream wasn't very strong and carbuerator leaked gas. I purchased from Honda dealer a shop manual and a new needle valve and impeller. I am not a mechanic by any means but with a you tube instruction I was able to redo the carb on my ATV last year . The motor is on a home made stand which keeps it vertical and so I am attempting repairs. I have been able to take the cotter pin and linkage pin out of the top of the shift rod but I can't seem to reach the bolt that holds the click roller in place. It appears to require a 10mm socket to undo it but there is no room to work a ratchet. How can I extract this bolt??? Please advise and thank you in advance. (Engine #BACS 1208780) Bought in Canada
