On start up today my 140 idled very high, at 2000 rpm. There was a solitary beep, with no flashing lights. When I tried to rev the motor in neutral it was limited to 3000 rpm. It ran fine 6 weeks ago when I used it last. I turned it off for a few minutes, then restarted, but I had the same problem. Prior to starting it today I added 25 gallons of fuel. Any input on what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
