hello all
I have a 2002 bf40 short shaft,the problem I am having this year is in order to achieve full throttle I have to pull the choke out half way ,otherwise it hesitates and runs poorly,I put fuel stabilizer(seafoam) through it in the fall and have changed the fuel filter,plugs,and fresh gas.Any ideas what is wrong?I also ran a spray can of seafoam through the carbs but no change.
