2002 Suzuki 4 stroke DF60 - dumping fuel - flooding - won't idle

The motor started running rough, at times it wouldn't idle and if it did when you would put it in gear it would die. When you start the motor it dumps fuel. Changed all plugs, checked injectors and compression is good. Changed the idle air intake control valve and now it won't even idle. Any ideas?
 
The biggest issue I have seen is that ethanol inside of the vapor seperator will cause the rubber components to swell and pop out of place, In particular seal that holds the outlet nozzle of the high pressure pump. While you are in there, clean or replace the filter on the bottom of the pump. Thanks Martin
