1972 65 HP looses power erratically

I have a 65ESL72S that will run good for a while, then will idle but will not speed up under load. Some times it will take of and other times it wont. I have replaced the plugs put new needles and jets in the carbs. It does not like to troll either, if I troll much it will not throttle up at all. When it does this it doesnt sound like it is running on all 3 cyl.
 
Use a timing light to try and determine if this is a spark problem or fuel.-----------Use the timing light on all 3 cylinders , one at a time.
 
I have replaced all the fuel lines I have not checked the compression. How do I determine the fuel pump model to get the right kit to rebuild it.
