problem restarting after shutting the engine off for 5 mins. or more. I just won't restart , checked everything is open as should be to start it , plug not fouled.
This has been going on for ever. Next day I can start it after a few pulls.
 
Have you tried advancing the throttle almost all the way? It might be flooded. Do not pull the choke out. It should start without the choke after only 5 minutes.
