I have had this motor into 2 diferent boat shops, and they haved replace everything except the stater and the fly wheel. I replaced the fuel tank, and the carbs have been rebuilt, new fuel pump and still its doing the same thing; which is it will go to full throttle for a short distance and, then it will drop the rpms in half and will not pick back up until the motor has cooled. I am at the end of my rope. please help!
