fuel in oil 250hp 2005

Very un-common on this model but possible. You will need a Suzuki diagnostic software and computer to get all the required info. Start off with making sure that the thermostats are closing completely. Then de-carbon the unit with a high dosage of Sea foam and a mild dosage of Yamaha ring free. Run appx 50 gallons of fuel with mix. Add 8 oz. of seafoam to crankcase oil. Once completed replace oil and filter. If situtation persist, perform a leak down and compression test. Another easy check is to remove the two crankcase vent lines located on the top of the valve covers, motor must be backed down and running in water and at normal operating temp. Do you see any vapor or smoke coming from the vents? There will be some bypass pressure but none is better. Review results of leakdown and determine where leakage is coming from. Thanks Martin
