Help please, Johnson 200hp firing issue

Hello All,
Please give me some tips if you have anything on mind or have experienced this type of problem:
'99 Model Johnson 200hp Venom is not firing right. It's getting spark at #1, #3, #4 & #6. I changed out the stator and it's doing the same. I put on a new powerpack and it's now getting only #1&#3. The other bank went dead. I put in another used pp and it's firing differently.
Did a DVA test and stator seems to be ok. Put on new timing plate sensor and pp and it's changing. But still I don't get all 6cylinder fire.
What's the potential cause, please? No short in key ignition, no voltage to kill wire, all groundings look good...
Any tip or comment is deeply appreciated.

I think my motor is having this kind of firing order? Has anyone here or over the world encountered?

Old stator, old timer base, old pack, I am back to square one = only #1, #3, #4, #6. Old stator, new timer base, new power pack =#1 and #3 only. ???
