We replaced both coils on one side because on had a wire that had frayed in two. The engine would run but not up to full speed. Thought maybe that would be the problem because it was working okay before but it didn't. Last time out it would try act like it was going to go full speed but then wouldn't. It actually did manage to get up at one point for just a few seconds and then died back down. We switched power packs to see if maybe that was the problem but it is not. Any ideas of what to look for next would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
