honda 90 starter motor

if it is 07 and greater than just get yourself a swivel 13mm socket (maybe 15 check the one close to you) and appropriate extension and remove the 2 bolts holding the starter down. you may have to loosen the bolts on the black cover above the starter to fish it out. don't forget to remove the electrical connections and disconnect neg batt terminal first. good luck .it it actually pretty easy.
 
Thanks hughj11555 for your assistance,but!!!! directly above the starter motor is what i assume to be the box for the electronic ignition?, does this have to be removed to remove the starter motor? (engine is 2003 model)
