1976 johnson 55hp loose at swivle mount

Today I noticed alot of slop between the swivel bracket and the mount bracket. Ive included pic and link to video. Is there a bushing or something I need to replace? I looked at parts diagram but only saw a bushing at the top of swivel.

Well yeah. I kinda figured that one out. I was really hoping for some direction as to what needs to be done exactly. As I mentioned, in the diagrams I see a bushing at the top but not the bottom. What keeps this part stationary like it should be? Or is the housing just worn out?

Yea it is clear as mud all it shows is the snap ring and lower mount. You will have to pull the complete motor apart to get to it. I couldn`t see a grease zert either I looked on ebay part # 317814 no hits.

317814 is for the mount bracket I figured there must be a bushing that goes into the mount bracket. Perhaps the 2nd upper bushing is for the bottom.
 
I have the same issue on my 1979 evinrude 55 hp.

Is there any possibility to dismount only the mounting bracket?

Writing from Sweden. The motor have earlier been run in salt water. In recent years it is running in fresh water.
