1992 E90TLEND No spark to any plugs

New member
New to me 90. Hooked up the controls and hooked a battery and fuel line to the engine. Carbs are getting fuel. Plugs are new and wet so its getting fuel. No spark to any of the plugs. Took all 4 plugs out and held each against the engine to check for spark and saw nothing. Engine is in neutral. Controls are in neutral. Any thoughts on my next step?

Found my own problem haha. The kill circuit black/yellow wire was stopping it from starting. Does this mean there's a break in the wire?
