Im here for my dad's boat, He has a 1977 evinrude 85hp (85799S). We go out to the lake get everything ready, we are sitting at the dock and when we try to start the boat it turns over but doesnt start. When we come back home hook the hose up to it to try and start it, it fire's right up. We figured out that the motor will only start when it's not tilted and all the way down. If anyone could help, or have any suggestions what this might be please let me know, Thanks.
