2000 F100-fluid is slowly leaking out of the cylinder it appears and the motor will not stay titled. Opened the manual release and lifted the motor and locked it up. Shop manual says the fluid level should be at its lowest level with motor fully up, but when I opened the fluid fill, oil comes flowing out freely, almost like it is full. I am confused as to why it would not be low, since it has been leaking out. The pump will engage and attempt to lift the motor, but it does not appear to have enough hydraulic pressure to raise it. I am suspecting an O ring or seal gone bad in the unit, which is bad news since it appears to be hard to service vs. just replace it...any suggestions or ideas on my next step????
