No power

1999 yamaha 115. Just got out of winter storage. Battery charged. New terminals. Good fuses. Power to radio,lights. No power to motor,tilt, or gauges????
 
Check your safety lanyard if you have one and make sure the emergency kill switch hasn't been triggered. Check the fuses in the engine... There are both 20 amp and 30 amp fuses in there.

fyi. It was the wire gone bad. Right after my 20 amp. Fuse under the
cowling before the starter. . Thanks
