DT65 Engine will start for 5 to 10 seconds and then cut out

DT65 Engine will start for 5 to 10 seconds and then cut out. I would use starting fluid to start it and then when that is gone it shuts off. Carbs are clean and clear and all the gas is replaced. The carb floats are cleaned and working. What am I missing?
 
Do not use starting fluid,it will damage your motor as it does not contain oil to lube the moving parts. Spray some mixed fuel into the carb throats or remove sparkplugs and put a little fuel in each cylinder.If it starts and dies you have a no fuel situation.Clean carbs properly,check fuelpump diaphram.
