Looking at a clean 2002 9.9 with controls. What would be a fair market value given that when the guy started it it took 5 pumps of the throttle and after 3 minutes no water from the tell tale. I tried to blow air back down the tell tale port with my mouth and could get none to pass. Of course he said it peed a strong stream last fall. Motor has had half its life on pontoon boat and last 2 years on back of 20' trolling Erie. He admitted to not even changing a plug in last 2 years--said it ran perfect after it gets warmed up and never failed him. So what do I offer? It is a Power Thrust--huge white prop
Also, since this will go on the back of a 16' Alumacraft will this troll down slow enough for walleyes--1.4-1.6mph.
