200 hp carb flat spot

Ive got this old 200 hp yamy , there are no tgas so im not sure what year or the ser # is . Its a saltwater series , carburreted and when I throttle her up she runs great but if i tap off to keep her on the plain and then throttle up real quick she has a flat spot for a second and then she runs fine again .I cleaned the carbs and my fuel is good , any ideas ?
 
HI chris , I was just on Boats.net and It could be a S200TXRW , the parts schematic looks the same as what I have . Thanks
