I have a 1993 yamaha pro v 150 it died on lake was driving alarm went off and i turned it off and know it won't turn over and it won't trim up or down put new batterry in so not battery any ideas please.
 
Start by checking all of your live + wires and - grounds... Check for power to your ignition key switch. Then start checking fuses... In your fuse panel, in-line fuses that may reside in your wiring, and check your manual for fuses that may reside in engine... yeah, there are fuses usually in there as well.
