Single gas line-2 motors

I put a kicker motor on my boat. Can I split off from the main gas line to the main motor to the kicker moter. Main motor is oli injected 70 2-stroke, kicker is a 4 stroke 9.9.
If so what would be the best way to do this?
 
You definitely need a valve that shuts the fuel off to whatever motor you are not running. If you just tee it off the fuel is sucked from the fuel lines on the engine you are not using, by the fuel pump on the engine you are using. An alternative is to use another tank with separate filtering system and priming bulb.

I am using a seperate tank now. My thought is to eliminate the small tank.
If I use the 3-way valve:
1. Install it before of after the main bulb?
2. Install a seperate bulb to the kicker between the tee and the motor?
