I finally was able to remove the insert from the housing after cleaning the system several times with various cleaners.I still had solid paste like stuff on the bundle. I had to use a 20 ton shop press and I broke the bundle getting it out. The housing has a lot of corrosion. The price you pay for buying a boat that has been laid up for a dozen years. If anyone has a spare laying around I would appreciate it. How about it Bob T?
