I have a brand new 2012 115 4-stroke. I was motoring today, and it just lugged down like it was running out of fuel then died. My fuel gage showed half tank. I put gas in it, but it still won't start. The priming bulb on on my fuel line won't pump up either. What could it be?
 
Start at the fuel tank. Check the vent, check the anti siphon valve check the condition of the fuel. Look for an inline water separator filter, check the condition of the fuel line. We are looking for a restriction here.
