i have a 1979 evinrude 115 it has a miss checked spark good compression is at 120 psi in all cyl cleaned out carbs it starts up on the first shot just bought the boat prev owner said it wouldnt go over 5000 rpms all the plugs are new after i ran it for 5 min i checked the plugs all were fine except for one on the top it was black and sooty i believe it has to be the reed vale on that side could someone help me here kids want to go fishing thanks
