Need to remove trim/tilt unit to repair screw slot of manual release valve. Pin holding top yoke of hydraulic unit is rusted in place and will not punch out. I have removed all bolts (6) holding the unit to the bracket. Before I apply pressure to the trim/tilt unit....is it safe to assume that the unilt will safely swing out from the bottom allowing access to the release screw for repair???
