1989 175 missing low range till 3000 rpm then runs good

Motor misses at idle seams like 4 cylinders and bogs till you goose throttle and get to 2800 or more then motor kicks In and runs strong until you pull back down throttle .



Carbs gone thru new plugs new fuel ,spark is constant
