merc 40 1980 idling uneven see video

yes fantastic! i got a little lost reading your instructions but will attempt it would it cost much to get it setup right by a boat mechanic? if i get out of my depth?
 
yes out of the top bolt i'll sort that before any further tests. and kind of it was a 1 way restrictor so i took the bearing out of it and now its my tell tale
