The plaque says Model Number: MQ-13M Serial Number: j2728528
I don't know the year, on the plaque it says 9 and 1/2hp, the cover says 9.9 hp though.
It runs good but i need to order the bottom most part where the oil would pool. Im a car guy but i feel like oil pan would be the wrong word.
