9.9 Sea King parts

I have an Sea King motor im pretty sure its and 1980. the model number is VWB 52299A. Serial number 18X 21615. and it is a 9.9. Im having a real hard time finding anything about these or where i can get parts, i am in need of a new Carb, was told that the rebuild kit doesnt have one of the parts that it needs, Any info would be so much help...Thanks
