Missfire Yamaha 1994 150 2 stroke saltwater series

I have a 150 xtrs saltwater series. The bottom left plug is fouling up, causing missfire /loss of power. It would appear that white smoke? is coming from the exhaust. Is this likely to be a head gasket and if not, any suggestions.
 
When you remove the pump you can squeeze the fuel ball, if gas comes out of the pulse port on the back of the pump, change the pumps.

The fuel pump leaking will cause a miss fire and foul your plugs.

Lets check this first.
 
Ok, so changed the fuel pumps and it ran better but still a bit of a missfire. Checked all the compressions. 5 cylinders were approx 115-120psi. Number 2 cyl had 75psi and small beads of water on the spark plug when I removed it.
In addition, spark plugs Number 4 and 6 were a brown color. All the other plugs looked to be fine.

Any ideas on this ?
