When I charge the battery and it is 12.85 -13.4 volts no problem motor starts in no more than 10 revolutions. If the motor sits over night and it has a battery voltage around 12.75 -12.85 it may start or it may not.Brand new battery 750 amps 600cold cranking amp.
Before I get a diagn test done is there anything I can do.

Measure this voltage on the starter while sitting, and also while starting, battery cables, conectors, main switch or starter motor may be wrong.

It sometimes backfires when I'm starting the engine when I release the ignition, and no start.Sometimes the temp alarm will go off for a second.
