Fuel leaking from carbs when engine is trailered, after running or when over primed and trailered

This might be normal on an outboard such as you have.----------Run it with gas line off for a while to reduce fuel in carburetors before putting it on the trailer.----------Will reduce the risk of fire too.
 
Not normal me thinks because it is a new phenomena with the engine. By trailering I meant fully trimming the engine in max up position when not in use. Thanks!
