Power Trim and Tilt

:(New to this forum. Have a 2000 200 hp Yam and PT&T does not operate. get clicking when activating the switch on the motor or the gear shift. New fully charged battery. Help!
 
If you have a voltmeter go to the trim relay, connections with either blue or green wire, actuate the up switch and check the blue wire for voltage. Check the green for down. If you don't have a volt meter, turn the batt sw off and disconnect the green and blue wires, turn sw back on and ground one wire and touch the other to the red wire conn. on the relay. If motor runs there is a problem in the trim relay or run circuitry. If motor doesn't run you need to look at the motor.
