Are you sure it's a 15 HP? The serial number shows it to be a MERCURY - ( 8 H.P. (1990) Serial No: 0C240079 Model No: 1008211JD

Yep that number shows it as a MERCURY - ( 15 H.P. (1990) Serial No: 0C240077 Model No: 1015201JD
