Cylinder not firing

The bottom cylindar on my 1997 90 hp yamer is not firing. I have move the spark plugs around and problem persists. What and how do I check further?
 
Do a compression test first.Check to see if you have spark that will jump a gap of 7/16" or better at each cylinder.----------You could also swap coils around to see what happens to spark.
 
Just fixed a similar problem with my 1999 Yamaha four stroke with No. 3 cylinder not firing
check compression good
checked spark and swapped coils all good
Disassembled the carby and found that the pilot jet had come loose and dropped into the bowl
replaced the jet and tuned motor - all good
