E10 Fuel

I'm a new owner with a 4.1 m tinny with a 2009 Honda 30 hp 4 stroke. Unfortunately I have place E10 in it. I have replaced the plugs and filters but the engine now runs rough. Any ideas.
 
1. Drain your fuel tamk completely and refill with new, fresh fuel.
2. If you have an external fuel/water seperator (you should) change it out.
3. If that doesn't fix the problem, decarbonize the engine using SeaFoam or Yamalube ring-free. Follow the directions on the container for decarbonizing.
4. Once problem is fixed, add a fuel stabilizer every time you add fuel.
